After 17 highly successful years with Coldwell Banker in Paradise California - Troy decided to take his real estate business to a new level and open his own company Action Realty with his team of dedicated professionals in order to better service the needs of his current and future clients. It is with this in-mind as he seeks to focus his Real Estate practice serving the needs in the community of Oroville and the surrounding areas of Butte County California.

The fact is that Troy was born and raised in the area of Oroville - he has practiced his career in Butte County and for the last decade has been one of the top selling agents in this area.
