Jamie Jagears
Jamie Joyce Jagears moved to Oroville, CA with her family in 1992. She grew up in the beautiful town of Oroville.
Her academic pursuits led her to Butte College, where she earned her Associate's degree, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from California State University Chico. Armed with a passion for serving others and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction, Jamie's background in hospitality became the cornerstone of her approach to life and business.
Jamie has always been drawn to the world of real estate, where she saw an opportunity to merge her desire to help others with her love for properties and homes. When the Covid-19 pandemic struck, Jamie seized the moment to pursue her desire, undertaking coursework and obtaining her real estate license. Fueled by her unwavering commitment to prioritizing her clients' needs above all else, Jamie has emerged as a trusted ally in the journey of finding and creating homes that resonate with the hearts of those she serves.
Alongside her professional endeavors, Jamie's personal life is enriched by her enduring partnership of 15 years with her significant other. Together, they have been blessed with three beautiful children—two daughters and a son. Jamie's youngest son was born with Smith Magenis Syndrome (SMS), a rare genetic disorder that occurs in only 1 in 15,000-25,000 individuals. Through the joys and challenges of parenting a child with special needs, Jamie has discovered profound lessons in patience, resilience, and unconditional love, shaping her into the compassionate soul she is today.
Jamie's love of Northern California is endless. Enthralled by the region's natural splendor—its tranquil lakes, meandering rivers, and majestic mountains—Jamie finds peace and tranquility in the landscapes that surround her. For her, Northern California isn't just a place to reside; it's a sanctuary of endless possibilities, where the ocean's embrace and the snow-capped peaks are just a short drive away.
