We usually keep to ourselves and sometimes have the occasional hangout session. The Bedroom for rent is furnished with a bed, 2 night stand, a dresser, Wall Mounted TV, Mini Fridge. It's 1 Month Rent and 1 Month Deposit on a Month to Month $2500 to move in. I am doing a credit check but no fico requirement and I'm always willing to work things out depending on the situation.
